There are a few possible reasons for this issue:
- Another cable could be connected to TV/PC/Projector
- Please end Vision software.
- Remove all cables other than the power cable connected to desktop.
- Restart PC after reconnecting keyboard, mouse, and WLAN to PC.
- Confirm picture is showing after reconnecting HDMI cable.
- Start Vision software and ensure sound is working.

- Please ensure the HDMI cable is 2.1 or above.

- Please ensure the mute button is not on your device.
